I bought this because it is one of the safest car seats on the market in 2021.Note that this is very similar to the bulkier Graco Extend2Fit (the bigger one that performed better on crash tests.)This installed the same as the Graco Extend2Fit, except it is lighter and slimmer. Both car seats have an easy to read “ball in tube” level and EPS foam. What i love about this is the size makes it very convenient for my compact car.The headrest and incline is very easy to adjust.No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust™ Harness System allows the headrest and harness to adjust together in one motion.I wish I had bought this sooner! It fits kids from 5 pounds to 100 pounds. The Graco SlimFit 3-in-1 Convertible Car Seat converts from rear-facing harness (5-40 lb) to forward-facing harness (22-65 lb) to highback booster (40-100 lb). It has a durable steel frame & shock-absorbing foam for protection from impact. The two integrated cup holders rotate away for more space.Soft seating is comfortable & easy to clean and machine washable. Meets or exceeds the child restraint criteria for a frontal crash test under the US FMVSS 213.Side-impact tested for occupant retention with the built-in 5-point harness system and in highback belt-positioning modes. One very minor thing that irked me is The Graco InRight LATCH system makes it easy to secure using the LATCH within the seats of newer cars… but the LATCH strap included with all Graco car seats is too small for my two vehicles and my sister’s vehicle. It isn’t a big deal because I just use the middle seat belt to secure the car seat and it’s still pretty easy to install and tighten.Tip from me: To make sure both staps are even, Graco straps have to be loosened and pulled straight out before the kid sits down.

I’ve been wanting to write a review for the longest time. I purchased the Graco 4Ever Snuglock 4 in 1 car seat due to the various positive reviews on Amazon. I mainly got this because I wanted to be minimal and did not want a separate infant car seat and toddler car seat. I thought I’d add some specificities that may not be covered by other reviews which I wanted answers for when I had my preemie daughter.1. Yes it is preemie approved. My daughter was born premature and had to stay at NICU. She was discharged at 4lbs and we took this car seat in for the 90 minute car seat test. She passed first try. The lower limit of this car seat is 4lbs which she thankfully met. We drove her back in a 45 minute drive a few days later and she didn’t fuss during the trip.2. The nurse at the hospital was not familiar with this car seat initially and asked us for the base. There is no separate base. The whole car seat is literally it. Eventually she found another nurse that knew how to configure this seat and so we didn’t have issues using this car seat to take our baby home.3. It is really easy to install (Toyota Corolla). My husband said it took a couple minutes just to install it in place before we took our baby home. We installed it in the middle of our back seat.4. Please leave the shoulder inserts on. The nurse initially took it off because she said it’s too thick but the belt was scratching my daughter’s neck on our drive home so I had to use my fingers to open a gap where her neck was. She was so much more comfortable the next day when we put the inserts back on to take her to her pediatrician. We have since brought her for car rides and she has had no issues with the seat.I’d purchase this again in a heartbeat.

We got this for our 4 year old. We have a Toyota Sienna so there was plenty of leg room to begin with but even with this new seat she still can’t reach the drivers seat with her feet and she’s a tall kid.I got this for 2 reasons;- her old seat, when she fell asleep her head dropped significantly and she tends to snore a lot so it bothered me from a safety perspective. And with this new seat she is reclined enough to sleep with her head back and against the side headrests. She just looks more comfortable now.- I also wanted to get a seat that grew with her so that I wouldn’t have to get a booster seat later on. This is all in one now.All in all I am so glad that I made this purchase, sorry I didn’t do it sooner.

This car seat fits so well in my compact car! I have a Subaru Outback and was really hoping to find a slim car seat for my daughter. She fits in it very nicely! She is 11 months old, 31 pounds, and 28 inches long. She is currently back-facing, so her legs are always bent, which is good because if they were straight and we happened to get into an accident, her legs could not buckle backwards! Super easy to install, and the directions are so easy to read. So easy to read, a toddler could assemble it. There are very helpful pictograms in the manual, and a convenient slot in the back of the car seat to keep it in, in case a babysitter or someone needs to use it, they could easily figure out how to adjust the leveling and know where the car seat buckle is located and where it goes! I love how the seat straps (star design) can just be draped over the edges of the seat when I am getting my daughter ready to be put into the seat. That was something that annoyed me with the infant car seat I had, but I do not have that problem with this car seat’s straps! Super easy to unbuckle and buckle back up. I also really like how the thumb button to release the straps is set down into the car seat and covered with a soft piece of cloth, because in the infant car seat, my daughter would kick and her heels would get bruises from the hard plastic that surrounded the thumb button which was on the outter surface of the seat. The piece of fabric covering the SLIM FIT thumb button is easy to just slip one’s thumb underneath to press the button for release of the straps. No way my daughter could get bruises from a thumb button again with this design!

Bought 2 of these for both kids and so far I like them. I haven’t used it rear facing or as a booster but as far as forward facing they work great. They look really nice too. I love the True Shield extra protection. It gives you just a little more security while driving your precious cargo around town. I definitely recommend these car seats. As my boys grow I’ll update my review about the booster.

I like this seat the best out of all the convertible car seats because of its ease of installation mid price point and longevity. I’ve researched and purchased many convertible car seats now and just knowing that I don’t have to think about it for 10 years is a blessing. Another kicker for me was the slack on the straps. The nuna rava is the “it” convertible car seat to get but when using it there’s nearly no slack on the straps making it more difficult getting a fussy kid in there. The graco car seats give you so much slack it’s ridiculous and very convenient during fussy times.

I bought this because of the “slim” design. It doesn’t seem quite as slim as a Diono or Clek, but definitely not as wide as some other brands and models, and at a much more affordable price. I can fit this rear facing in the center, a Diono Ranier forward facing on one side, and a booster on the other in the center row of my Explorer xlt. I keep the cup holder folded in on the side with the Diono, but the other cup holder is usable. It seems very plush and comfy. DS fell asleep within 5 minutes of his first ride in it, too.

This was purchase for new grandchild. One for each of her parent’s cars. My daughter had all the details when I ordered these. I wondered would they fit with the full size car seats already installed and in use by brother and sister.Answer is yes they do. You do not have to have three of these to fit three across. It tucks in nicely between two full size regular car seats. It will sit facing back and front. Right now new baby sits facing backward while brother and sister are facing forward. Great fit. Great value.

We bought two of these to fit in the backseat of my 2012 Jetta Sportwagen. The biggest selling point for me was the 3 across feature. The seats are slim but my kiddos seem to have plenty of room. We can fit a backless booster with the two car seats and have no problems (none leaning on the other, and access to the belt buckles is fairly easy). What surprised me is how much I love the seatbelt lock off. Installation was a breeze and I have never had a forward facing car seat so secure that it didn’t budge even a 1/4”!The rear facing seat for my 1 year old was easy to install and I marveled at the extra leg room it gave her compared to her infant car seat. It has two rear facing recline positions and the level indicator is easy to read. It’s also is a lot slimmer depth wise so my husband has more leg room in the front. The seats sit lower than our previous car seat so it’s easier to have my 4 year old climb in and out on his own. He loves the double cup holders too. Since it’s fall, I can’t speak about the mesh fabric being cooling yet, but I love the quality of the fabric. The only complaint I have is minor. I don’t like the chest clip buckle as I can’t unclip it one handed. While it means my 4 year old won’t unclip it while driving, it also means I need to park my coffee cup on the roof of the car to get the kids out. Minor issue compared to the wonderful features of the car seat overall.

The seat is definitely a slim fit. It does not spill into the middle seat. I also love that my 12 month old, 20lbs child is very well supported. She is a bit more lifted with the recommended seat position. It is very easy for me to put her into and take her out of the seat. She definitely looks very comfortable and I am having a better experience at driving longer distances with her. Her previous car seat seemed to allow her to sit a bit more crunched but this seat has a little back support. The installation was a bit tricky because there are so many straps and pieces to the support of the seat. But once figured out it is easy to use. I suggest adjusting the seat before installing into the car because it makes it ten times easier.

We were just recently in an accident, and let me tell you… this seat did what it is supposed to!! My son did not have a single bruise, and was completely fine afterwards!!Bought the same one for replacement since it clearly worked as it should!I see in other reviews children not being buckled properly, PLEASE look up how to buckle them properly! The seat cannot do its job if it’s not used right!!

The quality of the product is great, I love the padding on it as it keeps him nice and snug in the center. I like the double cup holders and how easy it is to adjust the straps and the seat. It is very easy to install but it is a little bit heavy and very bulky. It felt very big when we first started using it and I thought he’ll grow into it, but no matter what vehicle it goes into it always takes up so much space and has obstructed the view when I have the head rest all the way up but other than that it is a comfy and easily transportable seat. There are lighter ones on the market but I’m not sure they would feel as safe as this one does. I trust the sturdiness of it to withhold an accident if the day ever comes.

Awesome car seat! Everything we were looking for. Highly recommend! Looks identical to the photo! Love the teal color. My daughter is 11 months old and was getting to big for her smaller carrier seat. I looked around and compared many other car seats. We finally decided to go with this Graco 4 Ever and I’m so glad we did. It is very padded so it’s very soft and comfortable, and it has many recline options which is perfect for different aged babies. My daughter loves it, and so do we! Thank you Graco for having a stylish and safe seat for my baby.

In comparison to the Evenflo: Had to return the Evenflo which was a pain to install and wiggled around way too much no matter how tight it would get and when inspecting how it was built, looked like it would be difficult to take apart and clean. After seeing the design flaw of the evenflo, and attempting to return their customer service was absolutely horrible, had to fight with them and made me pay shipping to send it back all because I took it out of the box. This one, however has been a dream in comparison. Installs and adjusts super easy. I don’t have to take it halfway apart to adjust the crotch strap. It cleans up pretty well but they could ditch a few of the unnecessary bands and just use something easier. Main gripe is once you tighten and lock it in, you can’t get your hand on the release to tilt it more. Overall though, we liked it so much we bought one for each car.

I own a 2020 Chevy Trax. This is a very compact small SUV. These car seat a perfect! I looked and researched a long time. They are well made, comfortable, easy to adjust the harness size as the child grows. The latch hooks on to the anchors, button push to release. Much easier than the hook type. There are three slots for the buckle. The seats recline, the recline positions are labeled for booster, forward-facing and rear-facing. It came with an instruction manual. Great pictures and important information. I do not have anything negative to say about these car seats. I watched a video on installing your car seat in your car. It was helpful to watch them place the car seat in then pushing it down and back to line up the seat of the car while tightening the latch strap. This took out the slack so it will not move more than an inch.

I was able to fit 3 across forward facing in the 3rd row of my 2011 Honda Odyssey! And still able to attach all cup holders. We upgraded from the regular slim fit to the slim fit3 lx. The regular slim fit did not fit 3 across in the third row, but the lx does.

I have purchased and used many car seats, this one is by far my favorite for a variety of reasons. It is EXTREMELY user friendly. The straps do not need to be threaded, they move up and down with the head rest.It is slim fit and the cup holder function is very easy to use or not use.It is comfortable and soft. The anchor latches are SO EASY to use with any latch system. All you have to do is push it on and it clicks! The tether for the latch system also has a loop on the end for easy pulling and tightening.I highly recommend purchasing this seat and if for some reason we are in the market for another, we will definitely be getting this one again.Do not hesitate, GET IT!

This carseat is the absolute best. Its so worth the money. The smoothness of tightening and releasing the harness straps is a godsend. Soooo easy. Also you never have to deal with adjusting the shoulder straps ever. You just pull up and it’s done. I love the neck guards because my baby has extremely sensitive skin and gets rashes from everything. I love how plush and cushioned it is. The material is way softer than that backpack type material other carseats use. There is so much head support! The recline you can only use in the reverse carseat position. But here’s the kicker, my baby hates it. 🙁 idk if it’s all the head support or the neck guards but she cries when I put her in it. And it’s kinda heavy. Don’t expect this to be a carseat you lug around with you. Keep it in the car and that’s it. I don’t think it has the handle to carry it anyway… but if you had to move it from one car or another the latch clips are sooooo easy to get on and off and tighten. I had a babytrend carseat and another graco, but this one is 1000 times better than both. I am in love. Also, as far as room goes, this one definitely is bigger and longer than others so my passenger seat is almost unusable due to the carseat being behind it. And if you’re a new mom, the instructions for all of it are printed on the carseat so it comes in handy when you transition.

I can’t say enough good things about this carseat!! I have two kids and have tried several different carseats. I do a lot of research before buying. We originally bought a diono because of how slender it was and I hated it. Super hard to adjust the headrest and my son complained it was uncomfortable. The head rest, buckles, install, everything on this Graco is so easy. My son says it’s super comfy as well. I also have a Graco 4ever and it’s just as great as that without the bulk! I loved it so much I bought a second one for my other child! I would definitely reccomend this carseat to anyone.

I was able to fit 3 across forward facing in the 3rd row of my 2011 Honda Odyssey! And still able to attach all cup holders. We upgraded from the regular slim fit to the slim fit3 lx. The regular slim fit did not fit 3 across in the third row, but the lx does.
